Request for Proposals: Downtown Atlanta Office-to-Residential Conversions

Central Atlanta Progress and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District seek to identify a consulting team that will conduct a feasibility study on commercial-to-residential conversions in Downtown Atlanta.

The feasibility study will address physical, regulatory, and financing variables related to commercial-to-residential conversions in the Downtown Atlanta market. The second phase will provide a deeper level of analysis into specific buildings that are well-positioned for this type of conversion.
