Capolinea, Signia by Hilton's signature fine dining restaurant, is hosting an exclusive tasting experience featuring Billecart-Salmon Champagne paired with a four-course menu on Wednesday, June 5 at 7 p.m.

Prepared by Chef Jeuel Ortiz, Chef Christian Quinones, and Sommelier Marvella, there will be numerous Billecart-Salmon wines featured, as well as delicate lobster, caviar, steak, and much more.
